Each homeowner in the Sage community owns a detached single family condominium. The landscaped areas in the front of the homes were installed by the builder, California Pacific Homes, and are maintained by the Sage Maintenance Associastion. Rear yard landscaping installation and maintenance are the responsibility of each homeowner.
Each owner must obtain fire and casualty insurance as required by a lender. Additionally, each owner should obtain liability and personal property insurance, as each owner deems appropriate.
